Compensation: $125,000-145,000


ROLE SUMMARY:


We are looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to continue Healthmine’s explosive growth, helping health plans build a transformative relationship with their members, and guiding members along their health journey. This role will develop comprehensive and data-driven full-funnel growth strategies for net-new and expansion opportunities.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  1. Demand gen: Develop targeted outbound efforts to drive qualified leads partnering with brand and product marketing teams to execute demand gen campaigns aligned with growth and company goals.
  2. Lifecycle: Nurture leads throughout the entirety of the funnel driving product engagement, full-funnel conversions, and upsell opportunities.
  3. Inbound: Own organic and paid efforts driving website traffic and conversions.
  4. Marketing analytics: Define KPIs and run fun-funnel analytics to measure, optimize, and scale our efforts.
  5. Marketing ops: Manage the marketing tech stack, constantly evaluating the tools in-place and remaining gaps.
  6. Budget management: Actively manage the ROI of growth marketing initiatives.
  7. People leader: Lead the growth marketing and ops team, and managing external resources and vendor partners.
  8. Cross-functional leader: Collaborate tightly with sales and client success on growth marketing strategy, funnel and pipeline metrics, and marketing-sales handoffs.



WHAT YOU NEED:


7+ years of relevant marketing experience

4+ years of experience in healthcare/ health tech

4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS with early or growth stage companies

Breadth of experience across all core areas of growth marketing, channel management, and core growth marketing competencies

Proven experience owning pipeline and revenue targets for high growth companies

Strong leader with experience hiring and managing growth marketers

Advanced knowledge of HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools

Deep understanding of full-stack marketing tools

Proven experience with Monday or similar project management tools

Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work creatively and strategically in fast-paced environments
