We are a consumer business operating online and in our 22+ retail stores (DC, NYC, Boston, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Chicago) – and growing. We operate two manufacturing facilities in Richmond, KY and Moorestown, NJ that allow us to deliver a high-quality custom product at an affordable price with a quick turnaround. We exist, grow, and ultimately own the market by delighting customers who trust and value us.


The Role: Director, Growth Marketing


Your mission: Your mission is to oversee Framebridge’s online and offline customer acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our growth by forecasting, strategizing, and executing highly effective and brand-centric marketing that ensures financial sustainability and profitability. Reporting to the Interim Head of Marketing, the Director of Growth Marketing will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and optimize company-wide customer acquisition.


Your Legacy:

  • This role will be a key contributor to the financial health, strategic growth, operational excellence, and organizational development of our omni-channel business
  • This role will establish and foster a data-driven decision-making culture within the Marketing organization in close partnership with our BI and Digital Product teams
  • Working with our broader Marketing and Digital Product teams, the Director of Growth Marketing will develop evergreen growth marketing strategies that draft off of our Integrated Marketing Calendar



Reports to: Interim Head of Marketing

Location: Washington D.C. or New York preferred

Travel Requirements: As needed for projects, if NYC or remote, to Washington, DC monthly

Compensation: Base Salary & Bonus plus Framebridge benefits


What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Develop new and scale existing customer acquisition strategies to drive ecommerce and retail growth, including strategies on paid social, search, and direct mail
  • Lead and mentor growth marketing team to achieve consistent, profitable new customer growth, optimizing towards consumer cohorts who routinely deliver high customer lifetime value
  • Collaborate alongside the broader Marketing, Creative, and Digital Product teams to build and scale the Growth Marketing creative engine as well as support broader integrated marketing initiatives
  • Partner with Finance and BI teams to set benchmarks, refine analytics dashboards, and design roadmaps to achieve company-wide strategic objectives
  • Develop and manage Growth Marketing’s annual budget, and in collaboration with Finance, adjust plans monthly based upon realized return on investment
  • Design marketing experiments and leverage technology to enable Framebridge to scale otherwise hard-to-measure marketing channels such as Linear TV and Podcasts
  • Enhance Framebridge’s position as a leader in design by cultivating a world-class organic search content strategy


Who you are

  • Backed by 8+ years of performance and growth marketing experience, leading internally built online marketing teams (offline a plus)
  • Someone with proven experience developing and scaling new programs, as well as monitoring and refining existing programs, to meet the company’s objectives, strategies, and forecasts
  • Well versed in marketing attribution and incrementality testing. Prior experience with omni-channel analytics is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Proven track record of driving results, managing multiple priorities, and thriving in a dynamic, high-growth environment
  • Experienced and passionate consumer marketer who stays on top of emerging trends and strategies
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement
