IFF is looking for our new Facility Services Director

You understand the nature of a globally coordinated facility services function and what services it should include and which it should not. The position must develop and implement a clear facility services strategy that provides value to the organization. In order to succeed, you must be results-oriented, business savvy and self-directed. The role will require the need to assimilate a large number of factors into a cohesive strategy with clear prioritization and deliverables – including the building of the appropriate team and department structure.

• Global management of non-manufacturing facility services (e.g. security, landscaping, cafeteria, etc.).
• Area of responsibility includes over 180 sites across over 80 countries comprising over 140 million sqft.
• Direct management of a team of facility services managers.
• Drive process improvement and support business system implementations.
• Leading change within this function and ensuring best practice implementation.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business or other relevant discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience working in a corporate environment for a mid to large sized (over US1B) company.
• Experience dealing with multiple internal stakeholder groups across countries and cultures.
• Experience in Facilities, Procurement and/or Operations is preferred.
• Experience with working in a faced pace and matrix environment.
