Job Title: Sales Alliances and Partnerships Leader - US

Location: Remote (Open to travel)


Job Summary:

The Sales Alliances and Partnerships Leader plays a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic alliances and partnerships to drive sales growth and expand market presence. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and strategic thinking to identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships that align with the company's objectives. The individual will collaborate cross-functionally to leverage partner networks, drive revenue streams, and foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage Alliances: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners in the Travel and Transportation Industry, ensuring mutual growth and success.

Hunt for New Opportunities: Proactively seek out and identify potential partnership opportunities that align with our business objectives and growth strategies.

Sales (NN): Drive sales efforts within the Travel and Transportation Industry, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to effectively pitch and close deals.

Business Development (Partnerships): Cultivate partnerships with platforms like AWS, GCP, AZ, and Snowflake, negotiating terms and agreements to establish mutually beneficial collaborations.

Hybrid Approach: Employ a blended approach of sales and partnership development skills to achieve both short-term revenue targets and long-term strategic goals.

Maximize Existing Partnerships: Focus on maximizing revenue and value from existing partnerships, identifying opportunities for expansion and optimization.

Strategic Partnership Development: Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of partnership initiatives, aligning them with overall business objectives and market trends.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for both sales and partnership activities, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to drive success.

Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, product, and finance to support partnership initiatives and ensure alignment with broader company objectives.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports and updates on sales and partnership activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, integrating relevant insights into sales and partnership strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships management, with a track record of driving revenue growth through strategic alliances.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop innovative partnership solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
