Job Description
The NBCU Local Division consists of 43 local NBC and TLMD stations and 6 Regional Sports Networks. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, this key role on the NBCU Local Headquarters Finance team will support the Regional Sports Networks and our CTO in driving high visibility technology priorities, projects, and analysis for the division. This role will work closely with the NBCU Local leadership team (including the CFO, SVP FP&A, CTO, and HQ/Station finance teams) and gain an in-depth view and understanding of the Local Stations business. Primary responsibilities include ownership of FP&A responsibilities for RSNs and Tech Ops expense budget, Stations and RSN capital budget & reporting and free cash flow forecast.

Job Description

Responsibilities
- Own consolidation of NBCU Local’s Regional Sports Networks for all FP&A cycles (Budget, Estimates, monthly pacing)
- Partner with EVP of Technical Operations and leadership team to drive overall tech strategy and financial planning
- Ownership of the division’s capital management and free cash flow forecasting for NBC, Telemundo, and the RSNs
- Oversee cash forecasting and partnership distributions for joint venture RSNs
- Prepare consolidated RSN, capital, and FCF budget and monthly/quarterly senior management presentations
- Ensure timely completion of quarterly corporate reporting requirements and Comcast data requests
- Lead and execute on special projects and ongoing ad hoc analyses as needed including dynamic financial modeling
- Foster collaboration and streamline processes across the Station teams to gather information and insights for monthly pacing, estimates & budget cycles
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and/or Finance related fields
- Demonstrate integrity in managing sensitive and confidential information
- Proven ability to manage large amounts of data sets within excel
- Ability to deliver information clearly and concisely
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues
