Job Summary

The Director, Filler Marketing will be responsible for HCP customer-facing professional marketing strategies and tactics to support the growth of the RHA Collection. The Director will develop detailed implementation plans designed to accelerate product adoption to meet growth, market share, and revenue targets. Additionally, the Director will be responsible for developing plans to launch new indications and for strengthening the competitive position of the RHA Collection against new market entrants.

The Director must have experience working with customers and the salesforce in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment. Must be able to develop effective relationships with key HCP customers and key opinion leaders to ensure strategies and plans align to customers’ needs. Strong collaboration skills are required as the Director will work across many functions, including medical, legal, regulatory, operations, professional education, and sales training.

Location: Remote

Salary Range: $163,200 - $233,420

Responsibilities/Essential Duties

  • Develop HCP marketing strategies, launch plans, and competitive readiness plans, and oversee tactical execution.
  • Develop annual brand plans with a focus on the professional channel for launch execution and competitive response planning.
  • Develop tactical plans and lead the development of promotional programs and tools, from concept planning to final delivery.
  • Develop effective working relationships with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory to ensure all guidance is implemented in program and creative execution.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external parties to ensure the success of all initiatives and programs.
  • Collaborate with professional education to ensure content strategies meet brand objectives.
  • Identify market research needs/gaps, drive insight gathering via research and advisory boards, and collaborate with analytics team to measure program effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the field and key HCP customers.
  • Manage agency partners and coordinate workstreams to ensure strategic imperatives are met.
  • Manage budget for all marketing activities responsible for, and work with marketing coordinator on tracking of contracts and scopes of work for brand initiatives.
  • Travel up to 35% domestic.

Basic Qualifications

  • Master’s degree & 7 years’ directly related experience; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree & 9 years’ directly related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising preferred.
  • 5-7 years’ marketing experience, including leadership experience.
  • HCP customer marketing and launch experience.
  • Aesthetics, dermatology, plastics and med spa experience.
  • Experience managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Experience with promotional review process.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders (internal and external, including agencies and partnerships), as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills and an ability to complete projects with competing deadlines under limited supervision.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while ensuring high level of quality.
  • Proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
