Role Overview

As the Director of Educational Strategy within our organization, you will lead the development and implementation of educational strategies for a designated Business Unit. Your primary focus will be securing grant funding for certified education programs, leveraging needs assessments and stakeholder insights to identify educational gaps and design impactful learning experiences. Your contributions will directly contribute to improving healthcare professionals' knowledge, competence, and confidence.

Responsibilities

Achieve annual grant support goals through effective grant development and funding acquisition.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with supporters of educational programs.

Design educational programs aligned with organizational standards and educational needs.

Develop high-quality needs assessments and comprehensive education grant proposals.

Integrate insights from clinical research and development to enhance educational offerings.

Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Management

Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to team members.

Manage personnel matters including performance reviews and talent development.

Foster a culture of accountability, professional growth, and ethical conduct.

Lead organizational change initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Achievement of grant support quota.

Strategic proposal development and approval.

Position Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of clinical practice or pharmaceutical industry experience.

3-5 years in educational grant development or medical education strategy.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational program models.

Familiarity with regulatory guidelines related to educational activities.

Additional Requirements

Travel to corporate headquarters and relevant conferences as needed.

Ability to work independently and manage diverse tasks effectively.
