Our client is currently seeking a charismatic and results-driven individual to join their team as Director, Digital Marketing. They are looking for a dynamic and strategic marketing professional with a passion for driving sales, revenue and occupancy for a residential portfolio of active adult, independent living, and multi-family properties.Our client’s focus is to differentiate itself in the active adult and independent living sectors and the strategic extension of its brand is a key area of focus for this position as well. The client has a trademarked program as well as a quarterly resident focused magazine. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping their marketing efforts, from executing day-to-day initiatives to crafting a nationwide strategy that maximizes sales, occupancy, and brand recognition.
Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Leadership: Lead and oversee all aspects of digital marketing,
including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising. Drive innovative
digital strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage prospective tenants, and boost
lead generation in conjunction with outside consulting firms specializing in these areas.
- Sales and Occupancy Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive sales,
marketing plans and training strategies to drive occupancy rates across multiple residential
apartment communities across the United States. Collaborate with leasing teams tooptimize
conversion rates and ensure targets are met.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics and data to measure marketing effectiveness,
identify trends and provide actionable insights. Use data-driven analysis to develop
and adjust marketing strategies and provide regular reports to executives.
- National Strategy Development: Craft a cohesive and scalable marketing strategy that
can be applied across various properties nationwide. Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Site-Specific Development: Collaborate with site-level teams to develop a comprehensive marketing plan based on local market conditions and demographics.
- Executive Communication: Translate complex data into clear and concise
presentations for executive stakeholders. Effectively communicate marketing strategies,
performance, and growth opportunities to the leadership team.
- Troubleshooting and Innovation: Proactively identify challenges and opportunities in
different property locations. Implement innovative solutions to address obstacles and
enhance marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; preferred.
- 5+ years of experience with a proven track record of successfully driving sales and occupancy in the residential real estate or property management industry.
- Demonstrated experience in SEO, digital marketing initiatives, and social media campaigns.
- Ability to effectively oversee and manage third party firms responsible for digital strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting marketing metrics to guide decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and present to executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance day-to-day execution and long-term vision
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans.
