Responsibilities
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $135,200.00 to $223,200.00.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Digital Employee Experience function and roadmap: Content Strategy and Branding, Measurement, User Experience (UX) research, and utilize external benchmarking research.
- Design and implement new solutions including operational effectiveness, process improvements, and new programs that solve business challenges, and help the department scale to demand pressures while maintaining and building department culture.
- Introduce new tools and forums that collect and analyze feedback leading to improvements in company culture and team morale in an ever-changing hybrid work environment.
- Develop measures that show progression and results, and provide visibility to leadership and the organization.
- Develop business relationships to better understand how the work we deliver impacts the business.
- Gain buy-ins for implementation, communication, and change management such as stakeholder management.
- Facilitate sessions with interdepartmental teams including Infrastructure and Support, HR, Leadership and Development, and Corporate Real Estate to rally around shared goals and outcomes in experience improvements, productivity, and efficiency measures.
- Act as a servant leader to the organization; cultivating and piloting new programs, bringing in and growing diverse talent, and creating space to innovate.
- Create solutions that improve employee experience and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze user experience data, research the latest digital tools and interactive trends, and deliver improved digital strategy.
- Map out digital asset optimization for business results.
- Develop digital analytics to better understand user needs and interaction patterns.
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience leading enterprise Digital Employee Experience and Digital Workplace initiatives required.
- Experience creating business cases and successfully gaining support from executives and business partners.
- Experience defining strategies and outcomes related to the digital workplace and employee experience.
- Experience in driving cultural and behavioral changes and technology adoption highly preferred.
- Experience utilizing data visualization tools to drive data driven decision desired.
- Solid communication skills and deep understanding of organizational change management.
- Strong business stakeholder management and experience to explain digital concepts to business leaders.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Experience monitoring tools highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel.
