As a Director, you’ll be out front working with our clients everyday and translating their goals and objectives to guide teams to make our clients successful. Your role is to use the data to identify and communicate the path forward with our teams and clients – primarily with their in-market media campaigns, but also opportunistically across their business.
Day-to-day, your role includes:
Managing efficient execution of projects, including the implementation of best practices
Building a collaborative team environment, including participation in department-wide training efforts and fostering employee career growth
Playing a key partner role for the client and internal teams through the implementation of measurement and optimization frameworks – driven by data – in service to the development of tangible, world-class media and business strategies
Solidifying and expanding the client relationship and remit by building confidence through provocative and prudent approaches and strategies
Leveraging online and offline data in both rigorous and innovative manner while identifying leading edge sources of data, technologies and methodologies
Interrogating disparate source of online and offline data in service to business decisions
Owning the delivery of mission critical projects through best practices and innovative means while building a collaborative and motivating team dynamic and ensuring growth opportunities for your broader team
Putting together narratives and stories around the data and communicating these stories within your team and to the clients
QUALIFICATIONS
7-9 years of experience in analytics or strategy with some tenure within a Marketing or Media agency
A four-year college degree
Passion for data, marketing and emerging trends across the broad media landscape
Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders at a variety of levels
Experience managing and growing teams
Hands-on experience with modern analytical or statistical tools and techniques
Broad knowledge and experience with many Digital Data tools, technologies and methodologies (DSP’s, site-tracking, tagging, pixels, etc.)
Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
The ability to or desire to learn how to communicate effectively to audiences at different levels
