Now recruiting on behalf of $8-10B+ industry leading distribution company in the Southeast US for An experienced Director of Corporate FP&A. The Director of FP&A will be responsible for Corporate FP&A leadership with a team of 7-9 staff. This role will include: financial reporting, executive leadership presentations, mentoring and developing staff, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, financial modeling, scenario based analysis, Cap Ex analysis, M&A support, and supporting ongoing transformation in structure and financial systems.

The Director of FP&A will be responsible for Corporate FP&A leadership with a team of 7-9 staff. The right candidate for this Director of Corporate FP&A role will have:
- MBA - top tier graduate program
- CPA or CFA certification preferred
- 10-12+ years of progressive experience, including numerous years of leadership experience
- Experience serving in Corporate FP&A senior leadership level within a $5 billion+ sized organization (required)
- Track record of working in organizations through periods of change / transformation
- Strong systems and digital experience, with a proven ability to help maximize new technology tools
- Superior communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Proven track record of managing and driving change in highly matrixed organization
- Preference given to those in the distribution, CPG, or similar sectors.
- Track record of job stability and career progression
