What You Will Be Doing

This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce. The ITAR defines a U.S. Person as a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident (i.e., 'Green Card holder'), or a protected person (e.g., asylee, or refugee).

- Estimated annual base pay: $172,000(minimum) - $215,500(midpoint) - $258,600(maximum)
- All members included in cash bonus opportunity

What You Will Be Doing
- Demonstrated leadership skills including strategic level thinking, member motivation / encouragement / training, process excellence, aligning / developing key stakeholders, incl. the CEO and Business Segment Presidents.
- Able to work with Corporate and Business Segment leaders to build focused business strategies that increase growth, profitability, and value for shareholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with peers and senior leaders in the company to ensure alignment and support for key initiatives.
- Lead the business development team in identifying and evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, and joint venture opportunities that will drive growth and profitability.
- Capable of developing, leading, and securing /closing important M&A transactions by aligning strategy / financials / tactics / execution / integration in a single connected process.
- Deep experience in understanding sale and purchase agreements for M&A purposes, including the relevant aspects of the legal contracting and regulatory processes.
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience leading business segment strategy development, and executing mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration or related field required.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) required .
