Responsibilities:
STRATEGIZE: Design and implement compensation plans, bonus structures, and incentive programs aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
COLLABORATE: Partner with senior management, HR business partners, and other departments to ensure alignment with overall business strategies.
TECHNOLOGY: Leverage HRIS and compensation systems to optimize compensation programs and ensure data accuracy.
COMMUNICATE: Develop and deliver robust compensation communication plans and training for business leaders and HR partners.
ANALYZE: Monitor industry trends and market data to maintain competitive and equitable compensation programs.
Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE: 8+ years’ experience in compensation with a focus on design, implementation, and management.
LEADERSHIP: 2+ years of experience in leading teams, preferably with global program experience.
SKILLS: Exceptional analytical, project management, and presentation skills, along with technical proficiency in HRIS and compensation systems.
