Director, College Thrive, Greater U.S.

As our Director, College Thrive, Greater U.S., you will lead a team of College Thrive Coaches to ensure scholars matriculate to college, successfully persist, and graduate within four years.

Day to day, you will work closely with counterparts across the organization to ensure the College Thrive program (for our CT scholars in college) is implemented with fidelity; work directly with a caseload of college scholars as they transition to college life, work towards a bachelor's degree, and graduate from college; and oversee the day-to-day needs of our College and University partnerships in the Greater U.S.

To thrive in this role, you must have experience working with or advising college scholars and managing partnerships. We’re looking for someone with experience in hiring, developing, and supporting talent and strong interpersonal skills.

This person can be based in one of our three regional hubs.

D.C. Metro

This position is full-time, exempt, with a full compensation range of $88,000 - $132,000 with the exact compensation depending on experience. As a new staff member, you can expect an offer between $107,800 - $114,400 to ensure internal equity while leaving room for salary growth during your time at College Track.
