Director Central Operations & Process Improvement -- Remote | WFH

About This Position

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in our company's success story. As the Director of Central Operations & Process Improvement, you'll collaborate closely with all functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Sales, IT, HR, and Operations) to implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and align with our strategic goals for sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Act as a trusted business partner to our CEO and Executive Leadership Team, driving initiatives that support operational excellence.

Partner with teams across the organization to streamline processes and improve performance metrics that resonate with our communities.

Lead and oversee projects aimed at enhancing our service offerings and operational effectiveness, ensuring alignment with our brand values.

Project Management

Work closely with our marketing team to introduce new products and services, fostering innovation within our industry.

Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives, optimizing efficiencies and service quality.

Implement strategies to diversify our product/service offerings across our business locations, contributing to our growth trajectory.

Other Responsibilities

Foster positive relationships with community and industry associations, reflecting our commitment to community engagement.

Stay informed about regulatory changes and implement necessary updates to maintain compliance.

Present comprehensive reports to senior management, highlighting operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

Proven track record in senior operational leadership roles, with at least 10 years of experience.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

Knowledge of HVAC industry practices is advantageous.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems (e.g., Service Titan).
