As a key member of our team, you'll leverage your expertise in tech or high-touch consumer sales to forge strategic partnerships and propel this business to new heights.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead the charge in identifying and securing new business opportunities, focusing on long-term clients by leveraging existing connections and forging new relationships within our target industries.
- Employ proactive strategies to cultivate and strengthen client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Craft and execute innovative sales strategies that align with Orion’s business objectives and the evolving dynamics of our markets.
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing engagements, with a strategic emphasis on securing lucrative long-term contracts.
- Deepen your understanding of the platform and product offerings to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the wider Orion Services Group network to optimize performance and uncover synergistic opportunities across the company.
- Drive: Proactive, eager, and action-oriented with a growth mindset.
- People Leadership & Development: Experienced in building, leading, and motivating teams, prioritizing people development.
- Business Acumen: Possesses financial acumen, strategic planning skills, and strong analytical abilities.
- Commercial Instinct: Understands the short and long-term implications of decisions, with a focus on P&L ownership and overall business strategy.
- Competitive salary with likely unbeatable profit sharing percentage. (Target compensation $150,000-$200,000 cash base comp + bonus + equity).
