They are looking for a Director, Business Development (Leadership Role) - Hyrbid, Boston.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• The ideal candidate is someone who has successfully built and developed BDR teams (both inbound and outbound)
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Collaborate with executive leadership to define market segments, set sales objectives, and prioritize opportunities for expansion.
• Although not necessary, having developed a team in cyber security would be an asset.
  
  

Compensation: Base: $130K-$150K; $200K+ OTE, equity, benefits and much more!
