• To execute the global business development strategy for our client. The implementation of the business development strategy is expected to deliver continuous in-flow of new and repeat business opportunities from the team members assigned territories and accounts.
• Meet or exceed assigned annual sales targets.
• Provide real time status updates on the health and visibility of our clients sales funnel and pipeline.
• Regularly update the Senior Management team on industry conditions and identify areas of improvement and opportunity to grow more market share of the phase I industry.
The key responsibilities of this position are:
• Ensure detailed and timely follow-up of assigned business development leads and opportunities.
• Provide real time reporting to the Senior Management Team on the entire sales pipeline by consistent and accurate utilization of salesforce CRM and internal reporting requirements.
• Supervise, strategize and/or solicit information from internal and external stakeholders on all communications with assigned clients to maintain and improve our clients study opportunity win rate and monitor/measure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• In collaboration with the Marketing department and Chief BD Officer, regularly organize, lead and attend conferences, meetings and partnering events as a representative of our client to identify more and new business opportunities.
• Maintain and develop technical expertise in early phase clinical study strategy, study types, and their execution.
