Role Description

The Beverage Director is responsible for enhancing, innovating, and driving a progressive food service culture at SAS. They propel food service beverage as a major growth strategy for both SAS and our retailers. The Director is expected to identify consumer beverage trends, review customer feedback and competitive insights, and establish innovative concepts in the food service beverage category.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of food service and dispensed beverage development, innovation, and execution.
• Knowledge of operational procedures for a food/beverage program.
• Ten years or more experience in food service within the wholesale/retail business; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Serve Safe Certification or the ability to obtain one preferred.
• Supply chain management experience preferred.
• Ability to establish and develop vendor relationships.
• Excellent negotiating skills.
