Job Opportunity: Director 2 - Facilities Operations

Location: Paul Smiths, NY / Smithfield, RI

Salary: Base salary (as per location) + Benefits + Relocation Assistance

Type: Permanent, On-Site

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage campus facilities operations, including grounds, environmental services, construction, and maintenance.
  • Oversee external vendors for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and custodial services.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience.
  • 5+ years of director-level experience in a campus setting.
  • Experience managing multiple departments and projects.
  • Clear driving record and valid license.
