Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and exceptional individual for the position of Digital Transformation Consulting Practice Lead. You will partner with key stakeholders in fortune 500 firms to identify opportunities to develop solutions that will enable transformation and drive efficiency and optimization across the business function. You will define the digital transformation vision, strategy a multi-year roadmap and productize these solutions for reuse across other customer opportunities to solve similar challenges. This is a cross-industry and cross-functional role.
KEY RESPONSIBILTITIES
Define, design and implement digital strategy roadmap and implement solutions to drive multi-year roadmap
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital transformation opportunities
Provide thought leadership and guidance to clients on digital trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Conduct workshops with customer stakeholders, focus group meetings and present to key management and decision makers
Manage a team of consultants, providing coaching and mentoring to drive professional and technical growth
Required Skills & Experience
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation and consulting
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex digital transformation projects
Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to digital transformation
Experience developing and executing strategies to drive operational efficiency and improve customer experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing and motivating high-performing teams
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and visit project sites
The position could be based in Austin or open to Remote/Telecommute
