Position Summary

Our Digital Stylist are responsible for image consulting, curating personal style and consistently providing white glove service to the elite clientele of The Webster. Through passionate fashion expertise, our Digital Stylist are responsible for increasing customer conversion and retention, driving business revenue, introducing new customers to The Webster and creating brand loyalty

Essential Duties

  • Acquire a strong knowledge of online trends within the personal shopping sphere
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude in every situation to constantly raise the level of service provided and consistently exceed customer experience
  • Work with the Styling team to strategize and collaborate innovative ways to grow the business
  • Constant awareness of client activity; avert probability of lapsed customers by strong and engaging communication tactics
  • Enhance the client’s experience using high technology such as utilizing a variety of editing tools as well as different computer software’s to achieve this goal
  • Foster strong communication between teams to stay updated with different trends and current client behavior
  • Incorporate high potential clients to the team as well as be up to building client spend in an appropriate and elegant manner
  • Be responsive to client inquiries very efficiently and responsibly providing updates, results and/or solutions to queries
  • Consult clients regarding fashion trends and their individual needs
  • Drive revenue through customer acquisition, retention, growth and satisfaction
  • Optimize the customer service experience through personalized, high-touch service
  • Develop, foster, and maintain personal relationships with clients
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to maximize the effectiveness of The Webster customer experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Industry Experience
  • Self-starter and confident decision maker
  • Excellent brand, client, and product awareness; ability to apply this knowledge to a client’s needs and wants
  • Experience in personal shopping, customer service and luxury fashion
  • Always strive to raise the bar in terms of driving revenue as well as improving and elevating customer experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Superior English verbal and written communication skills; written and spoken fluency in a foreign language is advantageous
