Job Title: Digital Strategist


Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Strategist to join our dynamic team, providing visionary digital solutions across e-commerce retail and demonstrating exceptional digital fluency. The ideal candidate will be adept at solution selling and new account management, playing a pivotal role in advancing our digital presence and capabilities. With 5 to 8 years of experience in digital transformation, this strategic thinker will spearhead initiatives to enhance our digital footprint, optimize business processes, and drive the adoption of innovative technologies throughout the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Digital Solutions Development: Craft and execute digital strategies that meet business objectives, leveraging your expertise to lead digital projects from conception through to execution.


- Stakeholder Engagement and Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of digital programs.


- Product Management Expertise: Direct the development and refinement of digital products, aligning them with consumer demand and market changes.


- Process Optimization and Automation: Evaluate and redesign business processes to improve efficiency through digital automation tools and practices.


- Change Management and Adoption: Design and implement change management strategies to promote the integration and use of new digital technologies and processes.


- Data Analytics Expertise: Analyze data to drive strategic decisions, establish KPIs, and report on the success of digital initiatives.


Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation within the ecommerce retail sector.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

- Certifications in digital marketing or product management are a plus.


Desired Skills and Knowledge:

- Strong foundation in solution selling and account management.

- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams without direct supervision.

- Familiarity with the latest digital transformation trends and technologies.

- Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate into actionable strategies.


Tools and Technologies:

- Proficiency in CRM and ERP software.

- Working knowledge of data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and content management systems.

- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, JIRA).


Travel:

- Availability to travel up to 25% of the time.
