Extensive experience in digital technology and consumer experience with a strong background in core digital areas
Experience of digital solutions for consumer experience such as eCommerce, Content, Marketing, UX, CRM, etc.
Crystal clear understanding of the domains you have worked in and the ability to deep dive into any new modules
Experience of working with a diverse set of clients in different industries
Experience of working in one or more of following functions: management consulting, technology consulting, process digitization, digital sales enablement, business transformation, sales and distribution transformation and customer experience
In-depth knowledge of market requirements, regulations and client types in these markets.
Experience in understanding and documenting requirements for complex and highly technical development projects
Strong problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
Ability to multitask across multiple projects or accounts simultaneously in a globally distributed delivery setup
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence business stakeholders at C-suite level on product and strategy decision
Excellent consulting skills that provides thought leadership and innovative solutions to your clients
MBA from a reputed institute is preferred
