SUMMARY

Under the direction of project and task managers, support the digitization of environmental, health, safety (EHS), sustainability (ESG), quality and operational risk management using a variety of technology platforms for industrial and commercial clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Understand, analyze, and document business and technical requirements based on client feedback and input.
  2. Understand, analyze and document EHS and ESG business processes.
  3. Understand, analyze, and document design specifications based on business and technical requirements, platform capabilities, and best practices. Participate in design sessions with clients and to document and address technical questions or options for critical design elements.
  4. Understand and analyze EHS and ESG regulatory or other domain related requirements for the purpose of digitizing client business processes to maximize delivery success.
  5. Configure digital technology platforms to meet client requirements based on design including user security and permissions, settings, form layouts, business rules, reports, and dashboards.
  6. Develop and execute system quality assurance testing schemes and scripts following best practices. Support user acceptance testing and issue resolution.
  7. Develop and deliver administrative, super user, and end user training materials and sessions.
  8. Support platform environment migration activities.
  9. Support Go-Live activities and provide rapid response to reported system issues.
  10. Monitor, verify, and ensure the technical accuracy and quality of project related work and deliverables (e.g., design documentation, UAT and issues resolution documentation, as-built documents, etc.).
  11. Work diligently with clear and consistent communications that allows for efficient progress and timely completion of consulting projects within the established budget.
  12. Work with project managers to coordinate efforts of project team to ensure timely completion of project, invoicing review, and maintaining project budgets.
  13. Execute project management tasks for smaller projects or discrete project tasks.
  14. Cultivate new business development relationships through business development events, project delivery, and professional networking.
  15. Promote client stewardship by being attentive to the needs of existing clients and by encouraging consultant staff to look for business opportunities with clients.
  16. Prepare and conduct internal training for Trinity team members to cultivate new team capabilities.
  17. Contribute or develop sales proposals for existing and prospective clients.
  18. Communicate with staff the decisions/goals of management so that the staff can help adhere to company goals while meeting personal goals.
  19. Ensure proper utilization.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Computer Science, or related field from four-year college or university; and at least 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have computer literacy, including basic programming, word processing, spreadsheet skills, and knowledge of Microsoft office software package.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
