About the Position

The Digital Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects, with a strong focus on e-commerce development. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams as well as managing vendor relationships to ensure that digital initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. A key aspect of this role entails comprehending how the planned initiatives of other Salesforce systems affect both Salesforce Commerce Cloud and the broader e-commerce operations.


A day in the life…

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects and program.
  • Develop project plans, define project scope, and establish project goals and success criteria.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery within defined timelines and budget.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and achievement of project goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, technology teams, marketing teams, and business units, to identify project requirements, align priorities, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring they deliver high-quality services and products.
  • Monitor vendor performance, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
  • Ensure vendor deliverables meet program requirements and quality standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day development work to ensure alignment with project and program goals and timelines.
  • Work closely with development teams to track progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure high-quality output.
  • Coordinate release activities, including planning, scheduling, and execution, to minimize downtime and disruption to e-commerce operations.
  • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to keep development on track.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of digital initiatives, and regularly report on progress to senior leadership.


Qualifications for the Position

  • A four-year college degree is required, preferably with a major/minor in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in program management, preferably in digital transformation or e-commerce development and in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital programs from initiation to completion.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, technologies, and trends.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and integration with Service Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience in vendor management, including performance monitoring.
  • Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

A Little More to Know…

  • This position is classified as full-time salaried; it is exempt and is not eligible for overtime. This position is eligible for standard company benefits.
  • This position is remote based, preferably residing in the east coast, with some travel required to our home office in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Travel needs will be determined by your supervisor.
  • The position requires some domestic travel.
  • Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible, additional working hours during peak periods.
  • This position is expected to collaborate effectively with other individuals in alignment with our Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities.
