As a Digital Product Manager on Digital Technology team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Develop and implement a product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
  • Work with cross organizational stakeholders to define business and user requirements, scope projects, uphold high usability standards, support development, and optimize products
  • Enhance user experience and ensure continuous improvement on both desktop and mobile platforms
  • Work with SEO team and the development team to help manage and help execute technical search optimizations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all web product-related matters
  • Monitor and analyze product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Organize and present data in a format that is easily consumable by non-technical users
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership


Bring Your Skills And Be Inspired To Achieve Success.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven work experience
  • Strong understanding of web development and design
  • Good understanding of user-centered design and usability principles
  • Experience with product development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing web products
  • Familiar with digital concepts like SEO and PPC
  • Collaborative and drives alignment across the organization for product enhancements

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer focused, goal oriented, and have a passion for success
  • Work effectively in a team and office environment
  • Must show character and responsibility in dealing with sensitive, confidential information

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, marketing, or business

Schedule / in-office requirements:

  • Hybrid model aka in office 2-3 days a week
