Role Overview

This role will be responsible for the technical and system aspects of our digital policy solution technology. They will have extensive knowledge of the system and processes it supports and serve as subject matter expert in all technical components of DPS. In addition, this role will be critical part of any projects related to DPS. It will be the responsibility of this position to outline any system and process requirements to continue enhancing and supporting the digital policy strategy of the organization. The role will report to Manager, Digital Policy Solution and will serve as expert of DPS technology to the DPS governance team. Additionally, this role will support the Manager, GFO systems and any projects where technology expertise related to DPS is needed.

What You'll Be Doing

75% Provide technical subject matter expertise related to DPS technology:

  • Have a superior knowledge of the digital policy solution tool and how it connects with the rest of the ecosystem; emphasis on SE system knowledge
  • Represent Client Finance in technology discussions
  • Provide direction and oversight related to technical aspects of the digital policy system
  • Apply the technical knowledge of the system to create and propose solutions for future automation and technology utilizing the digital policy
  • Address any escalations and technical issues on daily basis
  • Analyze current process and system requirements to improve the digital policy solution

20% Project support and system management:

  • Gather and/or outline requirements related to variety of projects involving DPS
  • Work closely with PM and Project Sponsors to transition from LSIRVA to newco policy solution
  • Ensure knowledge sharing and trainings to expand the ability of the organization to support digital policy solutions.
  • Work with other SMEs within the organization and client finance to ensure any projects related to DPS are completed accurately and on time.

5% Special projects:

  • Responsible for special projects as defined by Client Finance Leadership

What You Bring to Sirva

  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in roles and projects with technical focus
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of organizational skills
  • Ability to work in technical environments
  • Ability to work cross departmental teams
  • Experience with Sirva systems
  • Systems-oriented
  • Strong understanding of business process and applications
