We are currently seeking a Digital Merchandising Manager to join our team.

SUMMARY: The Digital Merchandising Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the deployment of brand content across multiple retailer websites. This role involves coordinating with various internal teams, ensuring content accuracy and consistency, writing SEO-optimized copy, and utilizing tools to streamline and enhance the e-commerce strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and project management.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Content Deployment: 

o  Oversee the uploading and configuration of brand content on retailer websites.

o  Utilize automated tools to ensure consistent and efficient content deployment.

o  Verify the proper display and functionality of content across all platforms.

·       Coordination and Collaboration:

o  Work closely with the marketing, design, product, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and consistency in content.

o  Communicate effectively with retailer partners to understand and meet their requirements.

·       SEO Copywriting:

o  Write and optimize product descriptions, landing pages, and other content to improve search engine rankings.

o  Implement best practices for on-page SEO, including keyword research, meta tags, and internal linking.

·       Monitoring and Maintenance:

o  Monitor the performance of deployed content using analytics tools.

o  Gather and analyze feedback from customers and retailers to identify areas for improvement.

o  Regularly update and maintain content to ensure it remains accurate and relevant.

·       Optimization and Reporting:

o  Generate and analyze performance reports to assess the effectiveness of content.

o  Identify trends and insights to optimize content strategy.

o  Provide recommendations for improving content deployment processes and strategies.

·       Compliance and Quality Assurance:

o  Ensure all content complies with legal, regulatory, and brand standards.

o  Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of content accuracy and presentation.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

·       3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related role.

·       Proficiency with CMS platforms, automated deployment tools (e.g., Syndigo, Salsify), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

·       Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·       Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

·       Experience in SEO copywriting and content optimization (SEO techniques and tools such as SEMrush)
