Digital Media Campaign Intern (Political Data & Media Planning Focus)

The Sales Operations department at Resonate is seeking a Digital Media Campaign Intern to assist in the upcoming 2024 election cycle. In this role, you will serve as an integral part of the Resonate team by providing media planning, campaign proposal, ad operations and data support across the managed media and non-guaranteed data business. The Digital Media Campaign Intern will report to the Managed Media and Data Team Lead.

Responsibilities 

• Assist the Team Lead with managed media and non-guaranteed data needs across all clients including but not limited to building media plans, generating RFP responses, strategizing/creating target audiences, generating contracts and insertion orders, organizing campaign setup, etc.
• Work proactively with the post-sale managed media and integrations teams.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree completed or will be completed by May 2024, advertising/media planning/political science major preferred (or an interest in/knowledge of politics and U.S. elections)
• Team player who loves to collaborate cross-functionally to support the broader team's goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge/proficiency of algebra
• Strong communicator who can effectively manage projects and stakeholders.
• Driven by data and analysis to make decisions.
• Tech-savvy and passionate about learning new tools, systems, and processes.
