**Position Overview**
The Brand Loyalty team leads the development of marketing programs across all digital touchpoints, including web, email, SMS, social media, mobile apps, and more! We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist I to create content and aid in copywriting efforts across all TXRH brands.
This role is responsible for conducting market research, meticulously curating, and refreshing content across all digital platforms, devising, and implementing both local and national promotional strategies, facilitating communication between field and support teams, and delivering comprehensive KPIs and ROI assessments for all campaigns.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who loves content creation, has an eye for detail, and thrives on collaborating with others. The candidate must be able to think of creative ways to tell stories online. They will also need experience working with diverse backgrounds and groups and must have the ability to get buy-in on ideas that other people might think are crazy!

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and collaborate on compelling content strategies tailored to each brand's unique identity and target audience
- Craft engaging copy for digital marketing campaigns (email, sms, social media, mobile app, etc.), ensuring messaging aligns with brand voice and business objectives
- Contribute to the development of monthly brand planners for local and social content initiatives
- Create captivating content for website pages, landing pages, Ziosk slides, and mobile app pages to enhance brand visibility and SEO performance
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital content using analytics tools to optimize strategies and maximize results
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, graphic design, sponsorships, legal, and guest relations, to create cohesive content and maintain consistency across all channels and brands
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and content creation, incorporating innovative approaches into our strategies
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or similar
- Minimum 1 year in digital marketing or similar role. Experience with content creation and copy writing in digital advertising channels
- Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Adobe products (especially Photoshop and Illustrator), and have strong typography skills
