Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, creative in content creation, and proficient in managing various social media platforms and website maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
• Create compelling content (including graphics, videos, and written posts) for our social media channels and website.
• Monitor and respond to audience comments and messages on social media platforms.
• Manage and update company website content, ensuring it remains current, engaging, and aligned with brand messaging.
• Create digital marketing email campaigns.
• Analyze social media and website metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales, etc.) to execute integrated digital marketing campaigns.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in social media and website management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts and websites for businesses.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, , LinkedIn, etc.), tools to create the content (Canva, Buffer, etc.) and website content management systems (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, HTML coding, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & InDesign, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms, etc.
• Strong knowledge of video, audio, and photo editing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
