Position Summary: FRSecure is currently seeking an analytical and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to be an integral member of the FRSecure Marketing Team. In this role, you will lead digital marketing across the web, social media, as well as our paid and organic campaigns to increasing website traffic and optimize conversions and other marketing goals. You will also maintain up to date knowledge and insight of advertising, promotion, and market trends and proactively translate those into actionable tactics across organic and paid channels with a keen focus on performance metrics. As a representative of a mission-driven organization, the Digital Marketing Specialist displays a high regard of information security through all initiatives.

Working Location: This position is available on a remote basis in the United States, or available to be worked from our headquarter office in Edina, MN.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Creating and executing marketing ad campaigns that successfully communicate the value of FRSecure services to all stakeholders
• Planning and executing paid ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Tracking campaign results across all stages from lead to conversion to close
• Monitoring and tracking project status and performance analytics while following best practices
• Managing campaign budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources
• Performing keyword, SEO, and competitive research with the Content Strategist as related to omni-channel strategy
• Scaling campaigns to maximize ROI
• Reporting on ad trends, performance, and growth of campaigns to stakeholders
• Copywriting and crafting messaging that stands out and captures the essence of FRSecure’s offering
• Advising and determining appropriate placement and platform for ads
• Track organic social media performance across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Working with marketing team to clean and enhance marketing automation through nurture flows, lead capture, data connections, etc.
• Brainstorming and implementing multi-channel experiments and conversion tests in collaboration with the Content Strategist
  
  

Requirements

What You Bring to This Position:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
• Demonstrable experience in marketing research and analytics
• Experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook ad buying
• Proven ability to proactively research market trends, create and optimize campaigns, and track performance
• Effective in creating consistent messaging across marketing efforts
• Understanding of web page updates (WordPress experience a plus)
• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
• Technical knowledge of SEO and keyword research
• Experience in or understanding of CRM systems like HubSpot and Salesforce
• Strategic mindset, with a curious, can-do attitude
• Collaborative with a team player mentality
• Adept in digital literacy
  
  

Salary: FRSecure believes in and operates with equitable hiring practices. The starting salary range for this position is between $52,000-66,000 annually not including any bonus, incentive commission, or benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the defined salary range for the position across the United States. Within the range, pay offered is determined by a variety of factors that include but are not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
