Position Summary


As a key member of the shared service marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing efforts that promote ofis B2B digital business, as well as all ofi digital properties. To be successful, this team member will need to possess a strong degree of organization, prioritization skills and an ability to understand the business, vision and goals, as well as the organizational culture. As a member of the marketing team, this will require a strong communicator, highly organized, able to handle multiple and competing priorities while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude. As a key member of the digital team, the Digital Marketing Manager will play a major role in providing marketing guidance and activation within the digital space.


Position Responsibilities


  • Manage all external marketing campaigns (email distributions, web updates, etc.)
  • Strong understanding and command of lead generation initiatives, online/social media, search engine marketing, SEO, retargeting, social media, email, etc.
  • Track marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing activities
  • Keyword identification and prioritization
  • Clear understanding of how digital KPIs connect to identified business objectives.
  • Experience managing digital media campaigns and vendors/partnerships (i.e., Facebook, Google)
  • Experience in managing client relationships and/or expectations
  • Ability to push boundaries, try new and innovative ways of thinking about and doing things, grow new lead generation marketing channels
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and optimization tests
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Participate in strategic discussions and provide creative solutions
  • Coordinate agency support
  • Requires the ability to work autonomously, proactively updating key management on progress and potential issues with projects
  • Knowledgeable on the latest trends and emerging technologies with regards to digital marketing, B2B ecommerce, SEO, analytics, mobile and social media
  • Work with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Position Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Business or related field is required
  • Minimum of 5 (Five) years relevant experience required; Agency experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of, and experience in platforms and tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, HubSpot, Hotjar, Google Analytics, BrightEdge, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Optimize
  • Social media management experience a plus
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized and analytical
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Interpersonal skills work well with others, communicate effectively with those around you
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and customer-focused
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, & Outlook
  • Ability to confidently handle multiple projects simultaneously and under deadlines
