What We Need

We are seeking a creative and motivated content marketing intern who will join us to focus on delivering exceptional digital creative work including social media assets. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing on and offline marketing materials, graphic and video content strategy.


We work with exciting locations, sending members to beautiful places to stay and ensuring they have amazing experiences with our partners so there’s a rich assortment of inspiration to fuel your creativity.

Responsibilities


Social Media

• Create and post across our B2c and B2b channels to display and amplify the METTA experience using different mediums to drive awareness and engagement with the METTA brand whilst adhering to our brand and TOV guidelines

• Monitor competitors’ social media activity to stay informed about market trends and feed key insights across the business

Newsletters

• Work closely with internal teams to schedule regular member newsletters that showcase partners and inspire our members

• Create and build newsletters including segmentation for send, analyzing and taking steps to enhance key metrics


In detail

• Content Creation: Identify what to produce, in what format for each channel to support the business goals of B2c & B2b growth in awareness and engagement

• Social Calendar: Feed the content into a calendar for our social channels and schedule posts, reporting on key metrics 

• Community: Engage with our audience, responding to any questions or directing potential members and partners to our internal teams

• CRM: Create, build & send regular newsletters to our audiences, segmenting where appropriate and monitoring effectiveness of communication based on goals

• Influencer Marketing: Identify and evaluate potential influencer partners in the B2c and B2b space for METTA to engage with


Knowledge, Skills and Ability

• A portfolio that showcases your creative work should be available for review

• The ideal candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills

• Strong understanding of social media platforms is essential for this role

• A passion for art, lifestyle, and photography is a must - you need a great eye for detail

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDe-

sign is necessary

• Experience with Meta Business Suite management platforms is preferred.

• The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with strong organizational

skills are crucial.

• Bilingual - Spanish/English would be a plus
