Overview

The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for the coordination and execution of day-to-day media campaigns to support XÍRENA's digital marketing strategy. With a primary focus on establishing a holistic, data-driven cross-channel operation (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and more) and supporting creative asset production and rendering, this role will coordinate across the broader integrated marketing team, including digital growth, email marketing, e-commerce, paid and organic social, and corporate branding to ensure seamless execution across all digital media touchpoints. The creative production aspect will concentrate heavily on resizing and cropping images, color correcting/matching, light retouching, and GIF creation. Video editing and photography (digital, product/editorial photography) skills are a huge plus. 


As a predominantly task- and volume-oriented position, this role requires technical and creative expertise along with strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has high-quality standards and a sharp eye for creativity, and can manage simultaneous deadlines and deliver projects on time with excellence. 


Responsibilities


Paid Media

·        Develop, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and Pinterest in collaboration with the marketing team to align paid media strategies with overall goals.


Email Marketing

·        Design, and set up brand marketing email campaigns in collaboration with the digital marketing manager. This encompasses asset creation and email design on Klaviyo.


Social Media

·        Social planning, asset development, reporting, and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest accounts. Must be able to organize a social content calendar, execute content ideas and revisions, and coordinate with social media coordinator for asset uploads. Partner with customer service to ensure client queries and comments are responded to within 24 hours of receipt.


Audience Segmentation

·        Monitor and optimize targeting and segmentation strategies across different platforms for maximum impact.


Website Visuals

·        Help manage web creative requests. Maintain progress reports for assigned projects, listing and communicating all campaigns, due dates, statuses, etc.


6- Collaboration and communication

·        Collaborate with the global marketing team, content and graphic team, and e-commerce team to seamlessly integrate digital branding efforts across all channels.

·        Passionate about fashion and the ever-changing digital marketing landscape

·        Excellent command of written and verbal communication


Skills/Requirements


·        Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as, Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, ecommerce, etc. preferred

·        1+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing

·        Experience in Email Marketing (Klaviyo), and SMS Marketing

·        The ability to interpret performance KPIs effectively to provide actionable insight & recommendations

·        Proficient in Adobe Photoshop - Must be confident with color correcting/color matching,, light photo retouching, GIF creation, setting up actions, etc.

·        Adobe illustrator - basis knowledge

·        Video editing and/or photography (digital, product/editorial) skills are a huge plus
