Description
Position Summary:
The candidate will be engaged in a Talent Acquisition marketing function. They must be a highly motivated, results-oriented – a self-starter who embraces a fast-paced environment and is unfazed working with tight deadlines. The focus of the role will include evolving global, talent brand awareness through internal and external channels. It includes designing and supporting campaigns, developing outreach plans and content calendars, as well as supporting various marketing channels including writing and posting content. This role will also create and roll out educational materials related to TA Marketing and ensure proper governance for execution. This will be a highly collaborative role with engagement across functions working with internal communications, marketing, HR and Regulatory, as well as markets across the globe.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Support the global TA Client brand with marcoms design and strategy
Assist with creative requests and approvals
Support outreach, events and conferences, including marketing materials, scheduling and tracking
Work alongside Marketing and Internal Communications, to ensure TA Marketing adheres to overall Masterbrand approach to ensure creative and messaging is delivered consistently
Communicate with global colleagues via newsletter
Supports the MLR (Medical, Legal and Regulatory) review process to ensure compliant, effective, and legally approved messaging and placement while maximizing budgeted spend.
Assists in global TA meetings to help ensure a consistent voice
Function as one of the TA Brand ambassadors
Experience And Education Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing
Excellent English writing and communication skills.
Graphic design (photography and video skills is a plus).
Demonstrated experience delivering communications programs using a variety of channels;
Experience using digital marketing tools (strategy, social, campaigns, reporting)
Strong aptitude for content development
Ability to understand complex medical content/studies and adapt for different audiences
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to shift gears quickly and wear multiple hats
Ability to establish & track KPIs and goals for campaigns and programs
Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate within the team and cross functionally
Strong prioritizing, organizing, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent technical skills – MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Perform other projects and duties as assigned
May staff company booth or exhibit at tradeshows
Strong working knowledge of communication platforms, including digital, print and events;
Preferred Qualifications
Strong stakeholder management experience across a variety of levels
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Possess a minimum of at least 2-3 years communications or marketing experience or equivalent
