Digital Learning Representatives are responsible for developing sales pipelines for Wiley’s digital courseware products.  Working closely with their Digital Learning Executive, the Digital Learning Representative drive new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying sales targets. You will achieve a deep understanding of how to grow a sales territory by analyzing data and executing strategic selling campaigns.

How you will make an impact:

  • Prospect for new sales opportunities
  • Analyze marketing data
  • Call faculty during office hours
  • Collaborate with Digital Learning Executives to review status of opportunities and expansion opportunities.
  • Using Salesloft, launch email campaigns and monitor effectiveness
  • Set up/book time with customers for product demos
  • Proactively follow up with customers
  • Track all opportunity progress in Salesforce.com
  • Review and scrape data from teaching schedules and bookstore websites
  • Provide adoption intelligence in Salesforce.com

What we look for:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar function
  • Previous customer service, sales support and tech product support exposure
  • Driven, motivated, and desire to excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Digital-savvy with app-based software solutions and business productivity suites (e.g. Office, Google Docs, etc)
  • Ability to learn and apply technical expertise with new and existing platforms
  • Coachable, curious, and eager to learn
  • Perseverance: Pursues everything with energy and drive, especially in the face of resistance or setbacks
