Key Responsibilities:
Digital Layout Design: Create visually striking and engaging digital layouts for various platforms, ensuring they align with brand aesthetics and storytelling goals
Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and conceptualize ideas, translating them into compelling visual designs
Visual Storytelling: Craft narratives through digital layouts, effectively communicating brand messages and product stories to our audience
Motion Graphics and Gifs: Incorporate dynamic elements such as motion graphics and gifs to enhance the interactivity and visual appeal of digital layouts
Responsive Design: Develop layouts that are optimized for various devices and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms
Brand Consistency: Maintain visual consistency and uphold brand standards across all digital touchpoints, ensuring that digital layouts reflect the essence of the brand and reinforce its identity
User Engagement Optimization: Implement design strategies to maximize user engagement and interaction, driving traffic and conversions while staying true to the brand's values
Digital Production Collaboration: Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure the accurate implementation of digital layouts and maintain design integrity during production
Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate fresh ideas and innovative techniques into digital designs while ensuring they align with the brand's identity
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality, always prioritizing the brand's image and reputation

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related field
Proven experience in digital layout design with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and expertise
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition principles
Experience with motion graphics and gif creation is highly desirable
Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with a passion for pixel-perfect design execution and a deep appreciation for the importance of branding
Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
