HTV Charlotte is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital AR Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital billing, impression delivery, and processing large quantities of data with a high degree of accuracy. This role requires a proactive, efficient, and intuitive individual who excels in a detail-oriented environment. This role reports to the Central Business Operations Director.
Responsibilities
Assist team with digital invoice generation, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
Reconcile billing discrepancies and work with clients or internal teams to resolve issues.
Monitor and verify the accuracy of impression delivery metrics.
Liaise with the ad operations team to ensure proper delivery of digital advertisements.
Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of data related to billing and impression delivery.
Generate regular reports to track billing and impression delivery performance.
Provide insights and analysis on trends and discrepancies.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to address billing queries and issues.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in digital billing, AR, or a related role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data processing tools.
Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to process and manage large quantities of data efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must work in the office, Charlotte, NC
