To provide digital banking technical support for the Credit Union through the process being a responsive team member in the of supporting and trouble shooting of digital applications.
Salary: $24.50-$34.00 Per HourDOE
Location: 971 W Wetmore Rd (This is an in office position.)

Daily Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for digital applications, including online/mobile banking and payment platforms
Function as liaison between service providers/member service staff/help desk team and members
Coordinate with system and product administrators to maintain in-service levels for digital banking services
Receive, analyze, and resolve incoming requests for assistance associated with moderately complex product behaviors, integrations, and dependencies
Use knowledge and understanding of products and platforms to diagnose, research, and respond to user requests for assistance in a timely manner
Assist all I.T. departments and staff in the overall ability of providing technology solutions and platforms
Identify problematic support requests that require advancing to management or other support teams
Monitor and responds to vendor/service provider alerts and bulletins and their potential impact
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) determinations to be presented to management
Execute system testing and performance level evaluations for digital banking platforms
Preferred Skills:
Minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in digital banking support or similar experience within a financial institution.
Associates Degree in Computer Science, equivalent work, or education experience is required.
