Duration: 6 months (potential to extend)


Pay: $54/hr on a W2


Hybrid in Seattle (3 days per week onsite, 2 days remote)

Our Client is seeking a Digital Assets Manager that will take charge of the creation and evolution of its digital asset management capabilities. You will work with large array of digital assets. You will manage and organize our client's digital assets while working on an archive system to organize their existing files. You will also work on developing new user centric systems and asset libraries. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work with both internal and external stakeholders.



Day in the Life:


  • Lead the creation and evolution of digital asset management capabilities
  • Manage and organize digital company assets, as well as, work on an archive system to organize our existing
  • Develop new and improved user-centric systems and asset libraries.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to figure out access solutions
  • Support with onboarding new users and assist with questions from all users.
  • Help producers on complex campaigns and live productions/events, setting up and maintaining workflows, handling asset search requests, and final asset delivery.
  • Keep up-to-date industry knowledge in order to recommend the latest technology solutions, including AI tools, and content security standards.



Who You Are:


  • At least 3-4 years of proven experience working in Digital Asset Management for large enterprise organizations.
  • Experience with maintaining large asset libraries, metadata schema development, high-volume file transmissions, establishing naming conventions, cataloging and taxonomy for assets.
  • Proficient in one or more digital asset management technologies that can handle large media file volumes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite, especially SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Has working knowledge of media and creative software, including Adobe Premiere and the suite of Adobe visual asset management tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with international asset management
  • Experience with real-time live event asset management or similar quick-turn projects.
