Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree focusing on digital art, ideally with experience in graphic design, animation, and photography preferred.
Minimum of three years of teaching experience, including online instruction.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet grading and project deadlines.
Demonstrated work ethic, high energy, and effective communication with teenagers in an online setting.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to respond quickly to all communications.
Eagerness to serve in a faith-based learning environment emphasizing Christian scholarship and character formation.
Proficiency with technology, including learning management systems like Canvas LMS, Adobe CC Suite, and creating screencasts and videos.
Reliable high speed internet access
Team player mindset with openness to giving and receiving feedback with a transparent culture.
Professional interaction skills with parents and school community members.

Primary Responsibilities
Develop and teach courses in digital arts
Deliver both synchronous and asynchronous instruction.
Evaluate and grade students' work effectively.
Coordinate virtual gallery shows.
Support students in participating in art competitions and preparing portfolios for college applications.
Salary Range - Compensation is $6,000 per course, with a minimum requirement of teaching 2 courses per semester. Additional courses may be available depending on enrollment.
