Digital Ad Manager - Local (Remote)
Unified is looking for a self-driven and innovative media buyer to manage digital and social media ad campaigns for our expansive roster of advertisers. Unified's Digital Media Buyers work on marketing initiatives across many publishers to hit and exceed clients’ CPA goals and generate valuable ROI for local businesses. We are a fast-growing ad-tech company fostering a culture of autonomy and accountability. This role is ideal for people with paid media buying experience who are looking to execute paid ad campaigns at the highest level.

Remote Work
Unified has a major presence in New York and Los Angeles. We have recently decided to expand our team to include employees in other markets. The position will be remote for now (as are all Unified positions since the Covid pandemic started). In certain markets (Denver, PHX, SLC), IHM has an office where we will likely have space, but the details are TBD. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with remote work for an extended period, possibly beyond 2022.

Compensation: From $58,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
- Own and execute digital media campaigns across programmatic DSPs such as Xandr and the TradeDesk as well as many social platforms and connected TV
- Analyze 1st and 3rd party data to optimize ad delivery and achieve clients’ CPA goals
- Utilize the Unified Platform and internal tools to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk
- Test and implement click and impression tags, VAST tags, HTML, and publisher pixels
- Work with internal stakeholders from the business operations, data science, and product teams to recommend enhancements for the Unified Platform and our order management workflow
- Serve as a guide for new and junior team members by providing 1-1 mentorship and leading team-wide trainings
- 1+ year experience executing media buys on behalf of a brand, ad network, or ad agency
- Working knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Xandr, and/or GroundTruth a plus
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Docs including shortcuts, Vlookups, and pivot tables
- Detailed experience measuring and optimizing for performance on a CPA basis
- Comfortable leading conversations in client-facing and internal meetings
- Familiarity with web technologies such as pixels, ad tags, VAST tags, and HTML
- A collaborative team-player who thrives working with a team
- Eagerness to bring new ideas to the table and affect change within the organization
