Our client, a full service marketing agency working with top tier franchise brands is hiring for a Digital Account Manager to join their successful team. The Digital Account Manager will act as the main point of contact for the agency's clients, building and maintaining a positive relationship and ensuring campaign deliverables are produced on time and to a high standard. This role will focus on paid search, paid social and programmatic campaigns, so experience having worked with clients on those types of campaigns is essential for this role.


This can be a fully remote role.


Responsibilities:


  • Working across multiple clients at any one time, managing the relationship and ensuring campaigns are running smoothly
  • Manage Day-to-day communication with clients and internal staff
  • This role will be focused on digital paid media campaigns across search, social and programmatic
  • Discuss ideas and advertising strategies with clients to assist them with developing campaigns.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of multiplatform strategies across multiple channels
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Work with project managers to ensure that projects are being delivered on-time and on- budget.
  • Be a team player, share ideas and be open to the ideas of others.
  • Provide weekly/monthly client updates and summaries via email and/or reports.
  • Provide and execute monthly meetings for digital and/or social reports, etc. to clients.
  • Notify the leadership team of any potential problems with projects or accounts and strategize solutions.
  • Schedule, lead and drive internal agency and external client meetings.
  • Help train and guide new account executives.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Experience managing clients running paid search, paid social and programmatic campaigns.
  • Experience working on email marketing campaigns
  • Experience working on lead generation campaigns
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
