We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dietitian Supervisor to lead our dietetics team in providing exceptional nutritional care and services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing clinical dietetic activities, ensuring compliance with nutritional, safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
This role involves mentoring and directing dietitian staff, developing and implementing nutrition care plans, and serving as a consultant to medical and nursing staff.
The Dietitian Supervisor will also engage in various administrative tasks, including conducting employment interviews, preparing reports, and monitoring the performance of staff to ensure optimal client care.
The Dietitian Supervisor will also provide oversight of the contract food services vendor who provides comprehensive food services for the facility.
The candidate must be a registered dietitian with a minimum of three years of full-time professional experience in dietetics.
Additionally, the candidate must be licensed as a Dietitian.
This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to develop and lead a team, and a thorough understanding of medical conditions affected by diet.
The Dietitian Supervisor will play a critical role in fostering cooperative working relationships with medical staff, clients, and community providers, ensuring the highest standards of nutritional care are met.
