As a Surgical Device Repair Technician (also known as Medical Equipment Repairer, Surgical Instrument Repair Specialist), you'll be responsible for the inspection, repair, and refurbishment of surgical instruments and devices in a lab setting. You'll ensure a superior customer experience by providing timely and high-quality repairs to meet compliance standards, working as part of a high-performing team.

Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a relevant field (e.g., repair, assembly, product testing, use of small hand tools, sterile processing).
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push instrument carts ranging from 10-150 pounds.
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including early/late hours and weekends.
Proficiency in basic to intermediate level repairs of surgical devices/instruments and equipment, troubleshooting, and adherence to Standard Work Instructions (SWI).
Relevant certifications in technical or mechanical areas, competitive equipment training, or related military experience are a plus.
