FICPFM is seeking an efficient and highly organized individual to join our team as a Development Associate. The position will primarily provide administrative support to the FICPFM Development Director to ensure that the organization works in a coordinated fashion to advance strategic fundraising objectives year after year. The person in this role will take steps to ensure efficiency, harmony, and workflow within a matrixed organization that includes strategic planning, fundraising, communication, and national advocacy initiatives. At times, the Development Associate will also serve as a liaison to the office of the Executive Director.
