We are seeking Destination Travel Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a knack for planning memorable experiences. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely with a flexible schedule, allowing you to balance work with other commitments.
Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budgetary considerations
Design customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, and tours
Specialize in select travel destinations in order to attract qualified clients
Research destinations, hotels, activities, and transportation options to provide accurate recommendations to clients
Handle booking arrangements, reservations, and confirmations for clients
Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout their travel journey, including during the booking process and while they are traveling
Stay updated on travel trends, industry developments, and destination information
Handle any inquiries, issues, or changes related to clients' travel plans in a timely and professional manner
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of travel destinations, hotels, airlines, and travel logistics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in trip planning and booking processes
Basic proficiency in use of computer applications and troubleshooting issues
Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules, including evenings and weekends if needed
Passion for travel and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients
18 years or older
