Job Title: Desktop Support Technician

Contract Duration: 3 months (possible long-term extension)

Job location: Chicago, Illinois 60607

Note: 100% onsite.

Job Description

  • Minimum 2 Years experience.
  • Provides support for software, hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops and servers.
  • Installs and maintains PCs and associated software, networks, servers and peripherals.
  • Ensures incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing system.
  • Imaging devices and deployment.
  • Experience in Mac OS and Windows
  • MobilepPhone support experience preferred.
  • Remote support experience.
