Job Description
- Minimum 2 Years experience.
- Provides support for software, hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops and servers.
- Installs and maintains PCs and associated software, networks, servers and peripherals.
- Ensures incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing system.
- Imaging devices and deployment.
- Experience in Mac OS and Windows
- MobilepPhone support experience preferred.
- Remote support experience.
